what year or years engine will fit in a 95 buick le sabre limited?

I want to know what other year make or model engine will fit in a 95 buick le Sabre vin 1G4HP52L6SH459133 and can I put the super charged 3800 or 3.8L with no problems. This car is in great shape and it spun a rod bearing ,Im just trying to do my home work before I start a money pit at pick n pull they want 219.00 for the motor with Accessories they want 229.00 at auto zone for just a crank but that’s probably not all the damage the spun bearing did so a salvage motor is my best option I got the tools a cheery picker its been a wile since i pulled a motor it was a 1970 nova like 10 yrs ago basic pop and drop. at the yard how can i check for a good engine
It wasnt the main it was the rod i pulle off all the bearings to see how much damage and to see hw bad it ate it up. the advage size jounal was 2.245thousand the bad one was 2.205 but when i removed the other bearings they had scrach marks too
